Long-time Newcastle resident Nikki Hartley Bloom recently started a new position as a Mental Health Therapist for Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center in Newcastle. Bloom previously worked part-time as a school counselor in the Weston County School District until the full-time position opened up at Northern. While Bloom was initially sad to be leaving the kids in the school, she still councils there once week, while also being able offer her services to a wider range of people in the Newcastle community and surrounding area.
“I love working at Northern and being able to help a variety of people. I feel like I’m doing an important service for our community,” said Bloom with a sense of true gratitude.
